Dear Beth:

I am writing to commend your service technician, Scott, who was here on a service call today, Monday, July 18th. When I came in to work this morning, I discovered that i was unable to print to my Bizhub. I called Steve and at first, we thought we had traced the problem to an unplugged phone wire. However, I then discovered that I was unable to connect to the internet.

After talking to a Verizon representative without success, I called Steve back and requested a service call. Thankfully, he sent me Scott!

It turned out that I have a bad ethernet cable which caused the inability to connect to both the Internet and the Bizhub. Rather then just leaving after troublehoot the problem, Scott made a temporary solution for me by running a cable from my computer, bypassing a desktop printer that I was trying to use, and hooking me up to the Bizhub so that I could, at least, print documents.

His friendliness in light of my distress, his patience and expertise went a long way to calming me. I can't say enough good things about him! He was truely a God-send! I was able to contact the church member who had installed my computer and tell him what I needed, thanks to Scott!

Please put this letter in Scott's personnel file and let him know again how much I appreciated his help today
