Hi Tom, my name is Lisa Kiefner from Life Christian Fellowship, 607 W. Springfield Rd., Springfield, PA 19064. I was driving by your store yesterday…and… remembered… that… I never sent an email to you thanking you for the tremendous customer service Beth Guzze has provided us over the past several years.
When I first met Beth, I had been praying about who to contact concerning our church and school… getting a new copy machine. We had so many problems with our last vendor… it had become a scary thought for us. Little did I know that Beth was planning on stopping in to see us…as… she had driven by our church on several occasions and wanted to connect with us for products and services.
I can’t tell you what an incredible relationship we have developed. Beth is always willing to serve us at the drop of a hat. She even gave me permission to call her on a Sunday morning… if I needed help with running bulletins on our new machine. Beth has been such an encouragement as she has guided us (me) thru the course of selecting a copy machine and renewing our lease with a new machine in May.
